How about the bank loans and the amenities the project is offering? And some one in earlier comments mentioned that the connectivity of the project is good. share that details also.

Hi Vibhor, the project is located in one of the hottest destination of Gurgaon. Also the price they are quoting is not very expensive also. They are offering 2 and 3 bhks with the sq ft price ranges between 1248 sq ft to 1440 sq ft. If you are buying as an end user, I would say go ahead with it.

Deep any idea about the price they are quoting? Because I heard the price is revised now? I want to know the updated price of the units!

Sure Raj the price they are quoting is Rs 6500 per sq ft. True the price got revised just 4 months back i guess. But I thing I would like to tell you that , the project is good for end use purpose. The locality is almost developed and there are chances of appreciation after 4-5 years.If yet you are going for it.. go for long term investment.
