Going through the current scenario is real estate sector, the demand for the properties are going to rise further in Borivali and prices will catch up faster with its surrounding localities like Goregaon, Andheri and Jogeshwari. Since a monorail and a metro is being proposed in Borivali, this will further boost the land rates in this locality to greater heights.

Borivali is located in north west part of MUmbai city segregated by railway track that divides the locality into Borivali East and Borivali West. It is turning out to be one of the hot property destination in north west Mumbai. The property prices are rising in this area and the trend seems to be growing at an alarming rate. The place is also well connected by road and rail modes of transport. It is approx 18 kms from Mumbai airport and has presence of many schools, colleges, hotels, amusement parks and much more.

Can somebody tell me whether it is worth to book a flat in Borivali West or East. How is Borivali locality wise and can I expect any appreciation in future if I want to sell it?? Plz advise on this??

Hi Nishit,
There are several flats coming up in Yogi Nagar within your budget. But you have not mentioned the area you are looking at and the specification. Many esteemed builders are coming up with many projects ranging from 1 BHK to 2 BHK with good amenities in Yogi Nagar. One of my friend have also bought a 2 BHK flat in Yogi Nagar recently.
