what are the approvals for this and which all banks provide home loans for this? what is the possession date of the project?

Hi Nikhil, even i am planning to buy a property in this project. As far as i know the project has been approved by GDA , the site has access to yamuna water as well as a No Objection Certificate from the airforce as the Hindon airport base in nearby. The project is just 5 kms off the nearest metro station of Dilshad Garden and has metro feeder service from inside the campus. It is located in one of the fastest growing residential area with close proximity to Delhi, Noida and the industrial area of Ghaziabad. in addition to the school inside the campus the locality also has many schools in close proximity as well as parks, malls and shopping complexes. They also provide upto 80% housing loan with their partner HDFC bank and other banks as well.

The project is being build in 2 phases, the 1st phase of the project was started in 2011 and will be ready for possession by June - October 2014, the second phase was started in 2013 and possession expected by March 2016.
