GDA's Housing Scheme is good, it fails to impress on some points. The scheme is for flats that are still not ready and will take another 3-4 years before they are ready for possession. Secondly, as far as pricing is concerned, a 2BHK unit is offered at an estimated cost of Rs 52.79 lakh which is almost at par with what private developers are asking for a ready-for-possession flat or one that would be ready in the next three to six months .

Near by builders have satrted construction very late then bulldand but now they are ready for possession. Even their employees are accepting that we would be able to deliver it in not before 2018. Latest Answer: The price difference is minimal between a resale property and a new property in same project which are close to completion. While in the initial stages of a project, the difference would be igh, but the risk involved is also high at this stage.
