Hi Anup,
when i enquired i was told that the possession can be expected by Dec 2016 and they have around 462 units for sale. As far as amenities are concerned, the apartments are fitted with Diakins VRV air conditioners wherein one outdoor unit is connected to multiple indoor unit and each indoor unit can be separately controlled by the user and has insulated roofs for maximum energy conversations. There are just 2 apartment on each floor so there is privacy for each flat. Auto sensor based car entry system, intercom facility, gas pipelines, integrated TV and networking facility, 24 hrs water supply , recreation centers, clubs and gymnasium are some of the features.
