Mr Singh,the application procedure is simple. Any Indian, who is 18 years and above, can apply for the scheme. The applicant should not own any residential flat or plot in full or in part on leasehold or freehold basis in Delhi either in his/her own name or in the name of the spouse or minor/dependent children. One person can submit only one application.

Hey guys i have found out that the price range of these houses is yet to be declared. The authority plans to construct 24,660 flats under the Low Income Group (LIG) category, whereas 11,500 houses will be constructed for the Mixed Income Group (MIG) category. Besides, there will also be nearly 2,000 HIG flats (High Income Group), which comes under the most expensive lot among others.
