On paper, it appears to be very attractive however looking at the current situation, I am demoralized. Firstly, buildings are very close to each other with very little free space around. Secondly, project is already delayed by 15 months. Thirdly, the perspective shown had glass in balconies but they are fixing iron railings in the balconies. I am quite skeptical about this project now.

Hi, i think that the project is Good. it is located on a 10 acre campus and has limited edition 3 BHKs and 4 BHKs of 3650 sq ft to 5300 sq ft and a price range of 2.5 crore to 3.5 crore. The project offers lush green landscape, parking spaces, elevators, large reception and waiting lounge, Club House and Gymnasium.

This project is from the 3 C lotus company which has made a name for itself in luxury residential apartments.
