I have verified the approval of this project. It's approved by BMRDA (anekal planning authority). same can be checked on anekal-pa.in - List of Layouts -- Serial number 397 (site is having bug so first open some other link on that page and then try to open List of Layouts)
Currently Block-E booking is open and project looks good. Front part is already given to some superstore (according to sales person). Project is on Chandapura-Anekal main road, Price is negotiable and overall project looks good. Footing is going on for block E. Overall project and individual Flat area is good.
I booked 3-BHK flat in Malind Tropika Gardens. Got legal document and till now everything is fine. Sales person is also nice and supportive. I would recommend this project as they have one of the best plan on Chandapura-Anekal road. Rate is negotiable.

As far as I know banks like HDFC, LIC and India bulls have approved the project. The possession will be given phase wise. The whole project is expected to get completed by three years from now. Schools like Delhi Public School and Alliance School of Business are the near by schools and hospital like Narayana Hrudayalaya is also close by

The project is spread over 7.5 acres of land. Malind Tropika Gardens offers 2 and 3 bedrooms apartment with carpet areas 783, 786, 1055 and built up area 1060, 1065, 1425. The project is approved by BMRDA. There will be three phases and six towers with eight floors each. Around 576 apartments will be there in this project.
