Q: What will be the water source for this project? Can it provide Kaveri water ? would like to know more about the builder's credentials and current construction status of this project.
I visited the site last week and spoke to the marketing manager. It seems they are not getting the OC because of the approching road (as of now it is 38 feet, but for a project of this size it should be 40 feet wide). The manager i ssaying that proposal has been made for widening the road to 60 feet and once BBMP complets the widening they will submit a new plan and get the aproval and also the OC.
I also checked and found that they have not got the OC for the two completed projects in Panathur.. so not sure if they are going to get it for Hyde Park.
Shekhar buiders are mid sized they have done a few projects around the city they are based in hyderabad.I had personally visited a couple of their other constructions and their quality of work the location their property is at ,is good.They have a huge team and the work seems to be moving quite fast.IAs per paper work they have approvals on the cauvery connection sud recheck with them to reconfirm on the same
and that is including everything but registration(as per the prelaunch price),plus that is the starting price of the apartment .and that is as per the pre launch rate
Sekhar Hyde Park is a pre launch project. The project will have exquisitely designed 130 residence with G+5 floors and 3 blocks. A 2 bhk will cost you around Rs 37.89 lakhs including amenities and car parking but excluding VAT and registrations. Banks like Axis and LIC will be giving loan for this project.

The builder is quoting Rs 2999 as the rate per sqft but the offer is valid only till this weekend. After that they are going to increase the rate per square feet.
As per the telephonic conversation the project is expected to be launch by 20th of this month and after the launch they are planning to increase the rate per sqft by Rs 200 to Rs 300.
