These areas are well connected to the international airport of Pune. From Dhanori, it is located at a distance of 4 km and from Kharadi, it is about 7 km away.There are other factor that has attracted developers to come up with projects in these areas is the availability of land banks and good connectivity via Nagar Road.

@Pravakar, If you are looking for a 3 bhk property in Kharadi at an affordable rates you can go for projects like Ratan Prestige, Eklavya Ekaika, Pashankar Yin Yang Pune, Downtown Cheryl and Ratan Retreat.

If you are looking for a 3 bhk property in Dhanori at an affordable rates you can go for Bramha Skycity, Revell Orchid Park, Shree Woods, Gini Bellina and Ameya Lotus.

Hey thanx dude for the information. What about Keshav Nagar and how is the area? I heard that the locality comes under Gram Panchayat. Will there be any problem in buying a property under Gram Panchayat?

Keshav Nagar falls under the Mundhwa area and it is a Gram Panchayat area. No, there is no drawback, but there is a fact that the services provided within the corporation areas are better organized than in the gram panchayat areas.

What about the apartments? Which are the areas in Pune where I can get apartments within Rs 10 lakhs?

Under the budget of Rs 10 lakhs, one could easily get a 1-BHK apartment in Talegaon. It is a township within the Pune district. Keshav Nagar is a Gram Panchayat area. Prices of 1-BHK apartments are comparable to Talegaon.

Yes you can get a plot in Hadapsar and Ravet. In Hadapsar you may be able to find a residential plot in the range of Rs 450-550 per sq ft. There are locations within Hadapsar where one can find a 1,200-sq-ft residential plot, anywhere from Rs 5.50-12 lakhs. Ravet is another area where you can find plots in the price range of Rs 650-1,000 per sq ft.
