Which all banks have approval for home loans in this project ?? What is the current price per sq ft ??

@Gurmeet: Banks such as HDFC, LIC, SBI, Indiabulls, SBP ICICI, TATA Capital Housing , ICICI, Canara bank are some of the banks getting home loans in this project. The current price per sq ft will be Rs 5,600.

@Gurmeet: Units such as 1bhk, 2bhk and 3bhk is available. The price for 1bhk will be Rs 39 lacs for 660 sq ft , for 2bhk will be Rs 76 lakhs for 1182 - 1355 sq ft, for 3bhk would be Rs 92 lakhs for 1740 sq ft.
