why your constructions at vartak nagar is getting too delayed??

Q: what is the problem u r facing . many people have invested money form last 2 yrs but still the buildings are not demolished at vartak nagar..

I think the builder has not got the required permit or the approval from the concerned authorities regarding the demolition, hence the construction work is being getting delayed right now.

Mr Girish,

Got in touch with one of the executive who is concerned with this project and he said that since there is an existing slum in this locality and until the slum people are relocated it will take some time for construction to resume in Vartak Nagar.
