OMR is a very prime and decent locality with good environment. School, bank, ATM and hospital are available nearby the locality. Transport facility is also good in this locality.

Is the project approved ??? Which all banks have approval for home loans in this project ?

@Srinivas: The project is approved by CDMA. Banks such as HDFC, ICICI have approvals for home loans in this project.

Hello Srinivas, this project includes 2bhk, 3bhk and 4bhk. The price for 2bhk will be Rs 68 lakhs for 1200 sq ft, for 3bhk will be around Rs 96 lakhs for 1700 sq ft, and for 4bhk will be Rs 1.39 cr for 2500 sq ft.
