Came to know all major banks like HDFC, Bank of Baroda, SBI, LIC Housing Finance, Indiabulls have approvals for loans for this project. One can expect a definite hike in property value in this locality 4 years down the line as the trend is indicating a positive growth in coming times.

Hey Pravakar,

Got to know that they are quoting Rs. 4000 per sqft and Paras Basera has totally 9 floors consisting of 2 and 3 BHK's. The area for 2 BHK range from 1060 sqft to 1100 sqft and it comes to around Rs. 43 lakhs. The 3 BHK's has an area of 1334 sqft and costs approx Rs. 54 lakhs. Some of the world class amenities includes landscape garden, childrens play area, multi gym, 24 hrs power backup, club house, RWH and indoor playing courts.
