Q: I am planning to buy a flat in Kandivali Link Road and lot of people are advising me on Ravi Group’s project named Era. Due to time constraints I am not able to visit the location and check it out with them.

They are charging Rs. 10000 per sqft at present and possession will be by March 2016. Era is well located between New Link Road and Old Link Road in Kandivali west close to Kandivali bus stand and few kms from Kandivali suburban railway station. It is just 3 kms from proposed metro station and very near to S.V. Road and M.G. Road. The project is at close proximity to Inorbit Mall, Hypercity, Infinity Mall, schools, colleges, hospitals and places of worship.

Yup Ramesh!!! Got it right. They are quoting Rs. 10000 per sqft and 1 BHK comes to approx 72 lakhs and 2 BHK costs approx 1 crore onwards. Looks to be O.K. with the price becoz Era is being promoted by one of the prime builders who have several credits to their name ie Ravi Group. Considering the amenities and the prime location, looks to me an excellent choice to book a flat in Era.

I want to know how much they are quoting per sqft and when will be the possession??. What about the locality aspects? Has anybody booked a flat in Era. Plz do let me know??

Hi I have heard about Era built by Ravi Group located between New Link Road and Old Link Road in Kandivali west. The apartments come with modern amenities such as video door phones, intercom, sewage treatment, jogging park, landscape gardens, amphi theater, indoor courts, high speed elevators and much more features.
