Q: I am interested in Sri Garnet Park near Hoodi, did anyone book the flat? how is the builder? Any information will be very helpful.

Thanks Sachin, What about the possession date of the project and is there Cauvery water available in this project? Have you booked any property in this project?

The expected possession date of the project is by end of 2015. For the time being bore-wells are there in this project and you can expect the cauvery water connection may be after one year. I wanted to book an apartment in this project but I cant wait for so long. I am looking for project which is getting completed by end o this year or so.

The rate per square feet going on in this project is Rs 4100. The project has been approved by BBMP and BDA. Loans can be approved from major banks like LIC, ICICI, HDFC and Axis bank. They are ready to negotiate the price as well.
