RIsk on Property?

Q: I really want to book a flat in mantra meadows, but have few quaries.
1) This project is in soft launch from last 6 months and till now the property is not approved by GDA.
2) From some resources i came to know that they had sold there land to other builder also on the website ob ABL (abl.in) there is no information about this project.

So is it safe to invest in this?

There are some unique amenities that is going to provide by the builders are, Yoga Centre, Jogging Track, Children Play Areas, Wave Pool, Landscape Gardens, Multipurpose Launge, Interactive Seating Areas and Guest Room.

Mantra Meadows has direct connectivity with NH-24, Just 30 mins from Delhi and 10 mins from shipra mall, near to recommended Eastern Peripheral Expressway, metro station is just a few seconds away from Gulmohar Vatika and 15 minutes from Fortis Hospital Sector-62, Noida. Other infrastructure development that has started by various developers are Land Craft, Asiana, Mahagun and Aditya .

When is the projects going to launch and what would be the possession date?

Yes, there was a delay in launching the project but now it is going to launch in the month of March-April this year. as per the details provided by developers about possession date of Mantra Meadows is december'2016.

Which all units are available and what is the current price?

This Residential Group Housing Project with 1880 flats in 2/3BHK in various ranges like 1020 to 1644 sq.ft. with servent/study room. It is come to know that 1BHK was for the limited period offer and has been sold out. The Current price is Rs.2495/sq.ft.

Mantra Meadows is the ideal address of Wave City which is positioned in Sector-6 which faces the major neighbourhood of the township and opposite of the business centre of Wave City. Mantra Meadows is spread over vast area of 10.30 acre Group Housing Project with beautiful and designed park on the other side. Mantra Meadows is well connected to Delhi by NH-24. According to developers there were no such issue in its approval. Now Ghaziabad Development Authority has shown this project green signal.

i can only say that this projects has no such issues regarding approval & possession date. Investing in this particular projects of this builder is not a loss or i can say that a brilliant decision.
