Water is a problem which the whole Bangalore is facing. The project is not yet completed may be after the completion they will provide all the facilities.

If you are looking for a short term invest I would advice you invest in EC Phase I as the area is already developed and all big and branded builder like Ajmera, Concorde etc already have their presence in Phase I. But if you are looking for a long term investment you can consider EC Phase 2 as this area will take time for development and till now no reputed builders have come up with their project. EC Phase II is getting developed slowly and the real estate is also booming. Once the proposed PRR gets functional you can expect a good return from Phase II
They don't have office in Bangalore,they are using their site address as a communicating address, and moreover they are having 30% deviation for this project.My lawyer suggested me not to take that project...
SBI would have checked all details before giving home loan. SBI, HDFC, ICICI, AXIS, LIC and other banks have approved this project and financed already. am availing loan from SBI .

there are many approvals needed apart from BDA. i mean once builder constructs the base and first slab, an engineer from BDA should inspect the site to verify if its been build as per approved layout. anything beyond 5% variance is subject to penalty.
Most medium range developers bypass this and thus they donot get CC and subsequently OC,

Hi Nel,..the project is approved by SBI. that gives a sense of understanding that land and other stuff should be legalized. but , ask them for commencement & occupancy certificates. if they have project is good to invest. in absence of commencement & Occupancy certificates is like buying a car without key..so please enquire on CC & OC.

Hello, Manya Hi-living seems to be a good project and it is also easily accessible from Hosur Road and Koramangala. The project has been approved by BDA and almost all the banks. The possession of the project is by March 2015.
