I bought the flat @ Porur - Madhanandhapuram from swetha builders on Jan 2012. this is a stilt+4 floor building. Hence Completion certificate from CMDA is mandatory to obtain Electricity, Sewage, Water and other facilities from the government.
We are all occupied on Oct 2012 without obtaining a CC. CMDA rejected the CC application due to violations in the building. Then Builder filed a case with court and get the judgement for getting the Electricity supply.
Now almost 2 years gone. Still the Builder is not issued the CC.
Please guide on how to treat this type of worthless builder

Hi, Occupancy certificate is one of the most important document in properties handover and its defined most of the important clause of properties . @ Rajesh still u r finding difficulty or it may be resolved.
