The locality is not that conjested as compared to other areas in Pune. One can still find abundant greenery in and around Kharadi. Transport connectivity is good and there are good educational institutes, financial institutions located in Kharadi. Also one can come across many entertainment hubs like shopping malls, bowling galleries in Kharadi.
I am also planning to buy a 2 BHK flat in Kharadi. How is the locality in general and civic amenities?? Does the area face any water shortage or power cuts
It is a good idea to invest in this property since the locality has been experiencing a good price appreciation. With many IT and ITES firms having their presence close to Kharadi, the real estate market is booming in Kharadi. Moreover the area is close to Pune airport which is approx 7.3 kms and Pune station is about 11 kms from here.
