It is always better to buy into a Ready to Occupy flat than invest in a under construction project .Go for projects along the Chennai-Bangalore highway which will provide easy access to your place of Work and some projects even have some reputed school within their Township .Ryan International School has started the Admission process for the academic year 2014-15 .

Sriperumbudur is a very good locality in Chennai City. It is safety, cleanliness, roads and good connectivity in this area. It is nearby public, parking, schools, market, hospital and restaurants and all for 5 Stars hotels.

Sriperumbudur is nice locality. Near to schools, hospitals & ATM. 5 minutes drive from proposed Greenfield International Airport, surrounded by well developed residential area, proposed TNHB Township development near the layout and bus stand at close proximity.

@Gurmeet, Units such as 1bhk, 2bhk and 3bhk is available. The price for 1bhk would be around Rs 15 lakhs onwards for 400 sq.ft, for 2bhk it would be Rs. 26.21L - Rs. 26.70L onwards for 904 - 921 sq.ft, and for 3bhk it would be Rs 37 lakhs for 1300 sq.ft.
