Horrible customer service from Lodhas end. The management has no respect for the client and the marketing people and Relationship managers tell complete lies. Basic amenities like single car parking, a door for the kitchen, Water supply are not available.

What is the rate per sqft the builder is quoting right now? Will it be wise to invest in this project?

Presently the rate per sqft the builder is quoting is Rs 5000. If you are planning to invest in luxury project it is better to go for Lodha Meridian, it will fetch you good returns.

Which all banks have tie up with this project ?? Is the project approved ??

@Gurmeet: Banks such as Bank of Baroda , HDFC Bank , Axis Bank , State Bank of India , Kotak Mahindra Bank , Standard Chartered Bank , Indiabulls , ICICI Home Finance , ICICI Bank , HDFC Home loans have approvals for home loans in this project. The project is approved by GHMC Approved , Huda , Airports Authority of India , HMDA.

Kukatpally is a very prime and decent locality with good environment. School, bank, ATM and hospital are available nearby the locality. Transport facility is also good in this locality.
