Q: Due to large influx of working professionals in IT sector, localities like Dhanori and Kharadi are going through a boom phase in real estate sector.

as there is very less space left for development in proper pune city due to which the developers have moved the surrounding areas of pune and people are moving here too.

By the way other areas too like Viman Nagar, Kalyani Nagar, Koregaon Park and Hadapsar which are already developed and are offering properties at high prices. Thus there is a significant demand from these localities to Dhanori and Kharadi.

Moreover, good connectivity with Nagar Road and Pune airport which is approx 6-7 kms, Kharadi and Dhanori is getting more importance in recent times with regard to real estate market. It seems that after Hinjewadi , Kharadi is emerging as the next commercial hub of Pune and the presence of corporate giants like Reliance, Wipro, Tata Communications and Polaris has made the locality very popular.

Places like Dhanori and Kharadi are gaining utmost prominence in recent times due to large chunk of working population making their way in this locality. These areas are showing maximum supply of 3 BHK units due to their location to the IT hubs, airport and railway station.

Actually these localities are offering maximum projects with 3 BHK units from affordable to the mid segment budget range. As per the latest data released by property portal 27% of the locality has a demand for 3 BHK flat ranging within 50-60 lakh budget.
