Corona Optus is still in construction stage and is an ok project. Not too great... You can get a ready to move property in the nearby area. You might want to check a 2BHk in Sidhartha NCR ONE, Phase-1 in Sector 95 on main Pataudi Road. Or if you want to go a bit farther from Pataudi Road, you can check 2BHK in Orris Carnation Residency in Sector-85.
So the question is whether you want a ready to move in or something which is under construction..!

Hi Sumit, sector 37c is a good loacation close to hero honda chowk and near Dwarka expresway as well..i think the locality is good with SEZ nearby, many schools and colleges as well as gurgaon railway station and bus stand is close by....so in terms of the locational advantagaes ...you have got a good location

Hello, one of the project that i can suggest is The Coralwood by SS Group located at Sector 84, New Gurgaon. this costing 67- 70 lakhs for 2 Bhk Unit of size: 1425 sq ft. or 85 lakhs for a 3 bhk Unit of size 1890 sq. ft. , Expected completion date is Dec 2015.
The project is just 500 meters from the Dwarka Expressway, and adjacent to the proposed Interstate Bus Terminal and Metro hub.

hi, a project that i personally liked is Sare Crescent Parc in Sector 92 New Gurgaon. It has 2 bhk of 1150 Sq. ft. for 57 Lakhs,and 3 Bhk of 1450 Sq. ft for 72 lakh. The Completion date is 2017.

this is basically a PE Fund turned developer and Saare homes is a reputed developer. The project is very near to Pataudi Road and Manesar. The project is in prelaunch phase and is offering a scheme of paying Rs 7 lakhs upfront and construction linked plan after 10 months.

Hi Sumit, there are many projects that are present in gurgaon and almost all of them are from reputed builders who have established themselves in the market. with your budget you can go in for underconstruction apartments around Dwarka express way.
