Hey guys Appa Junction is well located just at the exit on ORR and just 5 minute drive from Gachibowli and 20 minutes from Airport. It is an excellent locality peaceful and calm area.

@Gurmeet: The expected completion date will be by dec 2015. The project is located in Bandlaguda Jagir, Rajendranagar, Near Appa Jn. Appa Junction is a very prime and decent locality with good environment. School, bank, ATM and hospital are available nearby the locality. Transport facility is also good in this locality.

Hello Gireesh, the current price per sq ft will be around Rs 3100. The price for 3bhk will be around Rs 40 lakhs onwards for 1245 - 1535 Sq. Ft for 2bhk, for 1700 - 2265 Sq. Ft. for 3bhk.
