Gachibowli of Hyderabad is the most popular location. It is very close to Hi-tech City. It is also known as the home of the software and banking financial district of various companies.

@Veena: The expected completion date will be by dec 2015. The project is located in Nallagandla, Gachibowli. Gachibowli is a very prime and decent locality with good environment. School, bank, ATM and hospital are available nearby the locality. Transport facility is also good in this locality.

Which all banks have approval for this project ? Is the project approved ?

@Veena: Banks such as HDFC, SBI have approvals for home loans in this project. The project is approved by GHMC.

So far I didnt heard any bad review about the project. I think this is right time for investment. You can get good returns in future.

Hey Verma, the price for 3bhk will be around Rs 52.19L - Rs. 67.70L for 1430 - 1855 sq.ft, for 2bhk it would be Rs. 45.44L for 1245 sq.ft. When are you planning to book ?
