Mr Praveen,
Heard that only handful of societies have got the occupation certificate. Even some buildings and societies have also managed to get water and power connections without possessing an occupancy certificate.

Hey Lalit,
Heard that the total amount pending from all the societies put together is worth 15 crores. In spite of sending many mails, letters and reminders, the builders are defaulting the payment and ultimately it is the residents who are facing the brunt of problems.

Did u hear that 18 societies have redeveloped after 2007 under Development Control act. Amazing to know that these residents are residing without occupation certificate.

Hi Vinay,
The funny part is that these residents are living in Tilak Nagar locality for last 4 years without occupancy certificate. The main reason being since most of the builders have not made the total payment to the concerned authorities, hence the residents are being ignored of not issuing the occupancy certificate.
