Its been nearly 3 years of investing in the Serenity project of Jaycee!! No signs of IOD followed by other permissions??

Latest Answer: Hi Mr Akash, Advancing developmental projects have been sorted as class A and class B relying upon their edge limit as well as pollution potential. The state authorities are engaged to clear class B projects. As per my knowledge, forest & (Coastal Regulation Zones) CRZ clearance and environment clearance are class A type.

Latest Answer: Hi Mr Mirza, As per my knowledge, this project has special payment plan. In this payment plan you have to pay 10% for booking. With in 30 days from booking - Pay 30% . After completion of structure - Pay 30%. And at the time of possession- Pay 30%. This is also known as 10:30:30:30 plan.
