Delhi NCR builder Credibility

Q: hi..can someone tell about the builders in the delhi NCR region.... are they good?? can be trusted???

Well today Real estate is a highly regulated sector with a production cycle of five years from land acquisition to the project delivery.
These delays are at times uncontrollable.but if its because of builder fault, he has to pay penalty that needs to be mentioned in agreement....

hello, Organizations or associations such as Builders Association of India (BAI), Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India (CREDAI) give ethical code of conduct which is mandatory to follow for all the member builders and developers.

Certain rules have to been laid down and defaulters are blacklisted. so, Home buyers can rely on builders that are part of these bodies.

hey, u can also check for ISO certification of the builder company.... and consider the builder good if he gives some years warranty against construction defects....

hi, See its not difficult to get info about developers and there are many mediums and sites which gives information. It isimportant to find the popularity of the builder, check their project span and quality reputations, and user reviews before putting in your hard earned money...

well, its common mans dream to own a home in delhi... considering that there are many builders in the area..its always better to do a thorough check on builder before entering into any deal and investing your hard earned money....

very true... i personally feel that one should rely on word of mouth and go with what your friends or relatives experince with builders..

yea...i have heard of rogue developers harassing home buyers by demanding more payment, taking full money and cheating the customer without returns, delivering low quality project or late delivery from the date, and not entirely completing the project and such.....
