Q: As per our need to know status of project, there is another meeting on 7th Aug'16 at 12:00 at site office of Morpheus Pratiksha, Greater Noida West, UP.
Latest Answer: Hi friends, I have been also a victim of the buy back scheme of Morpheus Pratiksha. I invested in Year- 2013 and they promised to return the money at rate of 30%. When the time came to get my hard earned money back, and I deposited the cheque in the bank, it got returned with a note, insufficient fund. I have all the MOU and other documents. Can any one suggest what should I do next?

Q: There is either no work or very less work in last one year. So, we are going to ask some questions related to project's status and their commitment on 10th July'16 meeting, Kindly come and clear your doubt with Builder.

Q: I heard that, SK Aster project residents file case against the builder, for not following guidelines, illegal drainage connections, faulty construction as the local authorities sent notice to residents.. I am planning to buy a flat, is it safe?
Latest Answer: Honest advice... Never ever go for this Builder. This SK Projects Builder has earned really a very bad reputation from its previous project i.e. SK Aster Apartments. I am also one of those who is looking for an affordable House here in Bangalore. Whenever I go for any Builder or second sale I usually do research on all legal docs and always like to post on such groups for awareness so that a new Buyer should not be a victim of such Builder. Below are my findings... Please do not buy any property from this Builder. Builder did not construct/complete what it had promised. There is no STP constructed by Builder as mentioned in the agreement. Also, Builder did some illegal construction because of with Association/residents are unable to get Occupancy Certificate. This is a major problem for residents living in the Apartment. The consequence of which is you will never get the Khata transfer on your name when you purchase a property from this Builder.

Q: I'm seriously planning to book flat in JP Decks.
1) Which view flat is best ? Dindoshi Mountain (South East) or Aarey (South West) or North Mumbai (North West) or National Park (North East) ?
2) How's that area (Dindoshi High Court) in terms of Local Amenities, Locality etc
3) How's Builder reputation in terms of delivering project on time, quality of project is same as promised in brochures etc
4) What's best price per sq ft for this project go for ?
5) Builder promised Dec 2016 delivery, is it possible? or will be delayed further ?
6) This project seems to be running since 2011, so is that an issue ?

Latest Answer: Hi everybody, I live near the site. Construction has reached around 25 floors (10 parking / utility + 15 livable). I think it is over 40 floors so you should easily expect 2 years more. Not sure whether it is worth it. It is an SRA and is surrounded by slums on one side. Seems rather expensive. But has really good decks.

Latest Answer: Hi Sarvesh, They are new builder in Mumbai and will try to leave good impression in Pune's realty market. But remember one thing that precaution is better than cure. If you are planning to buy property in their project, check all the legal approvals, see the connectivity of the locality, infrastructure development and civic facilities of the locality, banks approvals etc. for a safe buy.
