Hi everybody, What are the major points that should be taken care off while buying any property in Ahmedabad? Also advise me on locations in Ahmedabad which have potential of good infrastructure in 3-5 years down the line.
Hello Devesh, Go for developer history, analyse the location, compare the cost with nearby projects of the similar product and check if APF(Assigned Protection Factor) by home loan companies are done or not. There are three locations in Western Ahmedabad - Gota TP scheme 32, Makarba Extension TP scheme 82 and New Ranip area. I will not name any project but go for project which is on verge of completion.

It is the largest city of Gujarat, and also its commercial capital. It is the hub of the textile, pharmaceutical and chemical industries. Apart from being a well-established education centre (with national institutes like IIM, NID and CEPT) Ahmedabad has also established itself as a major IT/ITeS and retail destination. The combination of the favourable factors naturally makes it a highly desirable residential destination.

your welcome ji, Investing in real estate is more beneficial than investing in stock market. As per my knowledge, good areas are Satellite Road , S.G.Road,sanand ,bopal or ghuma for investment in real estate. Prahladnagar, Sarkhej-Gandhinagar. Highway, Ashram Road and some parts of East Ahmedabad. Residential property appreciation in the city has been to the tune of 50 per cent over the last three years.
Well Jyoti, If you are a small time investor and want to invest up to Rs 50 lakh then you have to buy a plot in resale in existing non agricultural societies either in Ghuma Shela or Manipur which will have development plan and TP scheme by AUDA (Ahmedabad Urban Development Authority) in near future.
