Is "C" Wing construction of Prity Park ever get completed?

Q: We had booked a flat in C Wing Prity Park in May 2010...from March 11, the construction is stopped completely..no construction for the last 3 yrs...paying full EMI + Rent (for the present flat)...too much under emotional and financial burden...Builder doesnt even care to meet us and give a proper reply...every time they say "work gonna start in a months time"....is there any other buyer like us on the same boat? kindly reply...

Hello Dlina, I am also the passenger of the same boat. I booked a flat in B 201 of Prity Park project in Feb 2011. Since then I am struggling for getting possession of the flat. Stamp Duty and Registration already done in the same year.

Ours flat is C-201, no construction at all happening...find ourselves too helpless...happy to see ur reply Kedar...you r the only customer name I got other than ours, for doomed project of B and C Wing...

Mr Ashish, let me tell you one thing!!. Real estate market keeps fluctuating now and then. You can invest in a property right now since the market condition is good. But nothing can be said about future prospects since it totally depends upon how volatile the real estate market is in the coming years. You may notice prices getting appreciated or getting depreciated.

I totally agree with you Mr Lalit in this aspect. As far transport, connectivity and infrastructure is concerned, Ghodbunder road has it all. The roads are well relaid and are wide enough to meet high density traffic. Thane station is just approx 5-6 kms from Ghodbunder Road. There are TMC buses running from Thane going towards central Mumbai, western suburbs and to Navi Mumbai. Moreover Ghodbunder road is close to many good education institutes, hospitals, malls, multiplexes, entertainment hubs, hotels and banks. Overall an excellent locality to reside in Thane.

Hi,
How is the connectivity and infrastructure available in Ghodbunder Road?? Is it worth investing in a property in Ghodbunder road. Will it fetch any good returns in near future??

@Deepankar....we had visited their Head Office a number of times, in the last 3 yrs....only once we were allowed to meet the builder....all the rest of times, after waiting for hours to meet him, we were told either he is too busy in meetings or he shall call us back....sadly, we never received any calls from the builder....

Hello,
If that is the case then, ask the builder to return the money deposited along with the interest for delaying the things or else tell him that stern action will be taken against him. After all its your hard earned money what you have put in this project.

Well, we had visited the site in mid-Jan'14...the work was completely stopped...Reason told to us was about a clearance paper, which due to non-availability of a "PRINTER" at the commissioner office, the builder could not get it and thus starting of the work is yet to happen.....and "financial constraint", well, hearing it for the 1st time.....

Oh Ok.!!!! Why don't approach the builder directly and urge him to speed up the matter. At least by putting pressure on the builder may result in some outcome. Even after repeated attempts fail, then I suggest you to file a complaint with CREDAI.

Can somebody inform me what are the units available in this project and the cost. Is the amenities good for the price charged. Do let me know as I am planning to book a flat in this project??

Hello Sankalp,
Heard that there are 1 and 2 BHK flats available in this project. 1 BHK comes with an area of 630 sqft and costs approx 44 lakhs while the 2 BHK comes with an total area of 975 sqft and is priced at Rs. 66.38 lakh. The builder is offering good amenities like beautiful lush green landscape garden, jogging track, swimming pool, club house, childrens play area and loads of other facilities.

Hello,
Visited the project site couple of months back and found the work has been resumed finally. In fact it was being put on hold for sometime due to some financial constraint. Construction for Phase 1 has begun and possession is likely by Dec 2015.
