As far as the local body is concerned, Thane Municipal Corporation has approved it and all the leading banks and financial institutions are offering loan for it.

Thane West is one of the famous areas in Mumbai. NH-3, 4, SH-42 and 35 are the arterial roads that help in connecting this place to the neighboring areas. The region houses Thane Station that lies on the Central and Trans-Harbour Railway lines. All the daily basic necessities are within stone throw way distances.
