The average selling price going on in this locality is Rs 4583. The presence of the airport 5 km south of Devanahalli has increased tourist traffic all along the highway, leading to rapid infrastructure development. Since the opening of the airport in 2008, Devanahalli has witnessed road enhancement and improved connectivity, with projects such as Outer Ring Road (ORR) and theplanned six-lane carriageway that forms a ring between ORR and the Satellite Town ring road. The locality is good for investment purpose as well as end use purpose.

One of my friend is planning to buy a plot is North Bangalore. Will it be safe to buy a property in this project? Which are the banks providing loan and what is the booking amount?

I think the project is safe to buy and it ias good for investment. Banks like DHFL, Axis and ING Vysya and giving loan for this project and they are asking for 2 lakhs as the booking amount.

Advantages of this project are:

a) 1 K.M from IT BT Park.
b) 1 K.M from Aerospace.
c) 1 K.M from Hardware Park.
d) 1 K.M from Financial City.
e) Frequent buses are also there from majestic, Yelahanka and KR Puram
