Hello Vinay, You really pick the most important point. But this happens only because of Real estate bubble that has been transfered from Mumbai to Pune. The area pradhikaran is really so nice and most i like that is Bhakti Shakti Spot but i i thanks to the god the Bhakti shakti is still there. But lots of things like durga tekdi not gives the feel like previous. Bck to 5-6 years when goes to durga tekdi it was too much with greenary now just as ap. And now many industrials, home buyers lokking for only Pune. Ever you seen to the Maval side the big big industrials take the lands from local people and build their big big empires and result of that people are seeking living option their equal to big big residencies.
Hi, Came to know that central Pune is no longer having the green belt tag it used to have 20 years back due to rapid residential and commercial developments taking place. It has lost its quality and ambience, hence many home buyers are looking to focus on Pimpri-Chinchwad area which is also known as PCMC.
Hi, Since Pune city is experiencing worst pollution, depleting greenery, traffic jams and water and power scarcity, lack of proper infrastructure, and unrealistic property rates, the suburbs like Pimpri and Chinchwad is gaining more momentum as far the property market is concerned. It is like saying a proverb " somebody's loss in somebody's gain."
Hello Vinay, Yeah I too read about it some time back. While the property prices are rising on one side, the city is losing its old glory and charm. It is sad to note that hills and trees are being razed and axed paving way to concrete structures.
Dear Saurav, You mentioned it right!!!. Due to cutting and chopping of trees the city has lost much of its greenery in recent times. Also due to influx of population, this has put an escalating pressure on the land available resulting in forced extension of city limits. The Pune city has now grown by leaps and bounds than what it was before 15-20 years back.
