Hello Rupam,
Currently there is nothing left in residential all the units have been sold out. Only commercial units in Ist & 2nd floors are available.

Hello Bhabanishankar,
you are absolutely right but the reason of lower prices is that this company is established as a Government of India Enterprise in the year 1960, National Buildings Construction Corporation Ltd. (NBCC), under the Ministry of Urban Development, Govt. of India, is a Schedule 'A' Mini Ratna Company.
Associated with the government body they might get some benefit of taxation and all that.
