I have booked a flat in Golf Vista A1 from K.G. Constructions. I had booked this flat in 2011. Now they are saying that

Q: I have booked a flat in Sushant City “Golf Vista A1 block from K.G. Constructions”. I had booked this flat in 2011. Now they are saying that they are having issues in acquiring land for A1 so if I could shift to similar flat in A2. My question is, is there offer genuine? I am suspecting that after getting my consent, they may sell A1 flats in higher price or something? When I asked them for a formal letter, they said that no one else has asked for any letter so why are you asking for this letter?
Can someone please advise?

Hi Karan, Ask the builder to give you in written that due to issue in acquiring land for A1 they are allotting a flat in A2 for you. Because you may required this formal letter for bank loan and other stuff.
