Is there anyone who has booked their flat in Santushti Enclave, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow? How is the builder and what is the current asking rate for a 2 BHK flat?

Hi Sachin,
Did you talk with the builder? What is he saying? I have made a conversation with the builder on possession date and as per builder, possession date will be March 2018. But i am not sure whether they will be keep their promise or not.
