Thanks Rohit for concern reply, i heard from someone that, the area is still GREEN zone, But the prices are rocket high... they r saying in near future its going to be R ZONE. Is it worth to buy paying Rs. 1800 to 2000/sqft? And after buying the plot is there any problems to get pass the plan n construction?
Hi Simon, Kheese Park is a very prime residential locality and well connected with the other parts of the city. Vegetable markets, shops, hotel, hospitals, banks, super markets are available in this locality. Transport facility is also good in this locality. This area is in developing phase. Some management Colleges and IT companies have already set their business hub. So, in the coming year the prices will be high.
There is on e more land near Hinjewadi Naka near JPIT. The land area is 11000/sq.ft and the price quoted by the owner Rs. 850/sq.ft. It lies 1/2 km from the main road. This is fully agriculture area but in a very short distance there lies management college, school and some IT companies. This area is still in developing stage but after 2-3 years the land will return twice the cost. So, i can say you can go for this property.
The land has a good connectivity with the school, college, bus stop, market and railway station. Nearby school lies within 2kms Colleges- 2 and 1/2kms Bus stop-300-400mtrs Nearby railway station is just 10-15kms current price in this area is 900-1000/sq.ft depend on area.

Hello Vatsa, Dont rush into buying agri land without knowing all the rules about buying, building constructions on the land. It is a grey area of half truths, bribery of local officials etc. Before buying plots or land there consult a good lawyer and take his advice.

HI Simon, Good to know that you are planning to buy a plot in Khese Park. It is an good investment option. It has proximity to major destinations of the city. The plots has access to schools, hospitals, nursing homes and shopping arcades.
