Please advise on the construction progress status of RNA Exotica in Mumbai. Are all certificates and approval in place?

Hi,
I am NRI booked a flat on 41st floor in 2013 in RNA exotica.possession 2015,but july 2015 was informed due to Airport Authority building will be 35 storeys only.i have paid nearly 70%..now my choice flat not available,RNA not returning my money.
I travelled to mumbai to solve my problem,been 2 times to RNA office jan.2016.
RNA being a reputable builder but after several emails and visit hard to believe management is least bothered,terrible customer service dont know what to do, taking matter to NRI/Consumer court.

I am planning to buy a 2BHK unit of this project 1299 sq-ft. Can anybody tell me what are the location advantages of this project? Which all options are available in 2/3 BHK?

As per progress of construction work of RNA Exotica , I don't expect that possession would be handed over by mid 2016, as per commitment by builder.. We should demand written letter for date of possession

Hey Abhi,
If you are opting for loan to purchase a flat in RNA Exotica then check out that several leading banks like HDFC, Axis bank, LIC Housing Finance, SBI, Indiabulls, PNB and ICICI have got sanction for loan approval. You can expect a good appreciation value or good resale value in future if you are planning to sell the flat. But the appreciation value what you may get purely depends on real estate factors and conditions prevailing during that point of time.

Since I am impressed with the amenities and internal specifications which are marvelous, may I know which are banks are offering loans for this project. Will I get any good appreciation value or good resale value in future if I need to sell the same.

Dear Shantanu,
RNA Exotica has 2 and 3 BHK flats ranging from 1290 sqft for 2 BHK and 1650 sqft onwards for 3 BHK flats.The builder is quoting Rs. 12300 as per sqft rate. The cost for the 2 BHK comes to approx 1.60 crore and the price for 3 BHK costs from 2.02 crore onwards excluding registration, stamp duty and VAT.

Hmmm. I See!!!!. So thats the price what they are charging for 2 and 3 BHK flats. Heard that the builder is offering some lovely amenities of international standards like double height air-conditioned entrance lobby , high speed elevators, landscaped garden, senior citizen park, party hall, hitech gyms, sauna, jacuzzi and meditation room.

Hello,
Got to know that work is in progress in RNA Exotica and possession is likely by Dec 2015. It is one of the finest project undertaken by RNA Group of builders in Goregaon west. In fact the project has acquired all the necessary certificates and approvals from the concerned departments.

Thanks for the updates provided Mr Sankalp. May I know what are the flats available in RNA Exotica and the price of the same. What about the amenities provided by the builders. Do let me know I have plans of purchasing a flat in this project.
