New Gurgaon is mainly an extension of Gurgaon. There infrastructure development is fairly good. Some sectors already have wide roads, street lights and greenery. Arrangements for other facilities like water supply, sewerage, electricity, telecommunications and gas are in process. In 5-7 years this area will be livable with most of the physical and social infrastructure in place. The sectors here are well placed with respect to Pataudi Road, NH-8, Manesar and Gurgaon. New Gurgaon is witnessing a healthy supply and absorption of housing units. The area is quite promising to buyers and investors of NCR region.

Ansal The Fern Hills you will get 2 bedroom apartments for resale for Rs 50 lakhs and the completion date is by September 2016.

Era Cosmo Court you will also get 2 bedroom apartments may be for little lesser price and the completion date is by again September 2016.

You will get 3 bhk in Crescent Green Park for Rs 45 lakhs in resale and the completion date is by mid of 2015

My budget is around Rs 40 lakhs to Rs 50 lakhs. I am fine with 2 bhk but i would be happy if I can get a 3 bhk in this budget. Thank you

I suggest you to explore New Gurgaon area where you can find project by good builder in your budget. You can go for projects like Ansal Fern Hills by Ansal, Era Cosmo Court by Era Landmarks and Crescent Green Park by Sare Homes.
