Construction work has almost finished and owner will get their possession this month. Keshtopur is a very good residential locality. It is close proximity to Salt Lake, IT Park, Ultodanga Railway Station and Dumdum Airport. Transport facility is also good in this locality. Schools, banks, ATMS and hospitals are available nearby the locality.

The current residential property rate in the locality is Rs, 3300-4000/sq-ft. depending on the amenities and the locality.

Diamond Villa by Base Developers located at Keshtopur, Kolkata is one of the popular residential developments. It offers 2/3/4 BHK residential aprtments. 1BHK in 734 sq-ft., 2 BHK 1350 sq-ft. and 3 BHK in 1525 sq-ft. It's current price quoted by the developer is Rs. 2800/sq-ft. A 1BHK will cost around Rs. 20.55 lacs, 2BHK Rs. 37.80 lacs and for 3 BHK Rs. 42.70 lacs.

Yes, this project comes under Rajarhat Gopalpur Municipality and has got approvals.

It is heard that Kolkata facing a great trouble during the office hours as the Sector-5 is very near by this project and also the IT Hub So, people have to face a lot of difficulties during those hours.

Yes, you are right but now Kolkata has relieve itself from traffic congestion. Now, there are so many fly over for different-2 routes. Diamond Villa at Kestopur located near Rajarhat, adjacent to IT Sector New Town. It is very close to the upcoming Metro Station and Airport. Merely a 3.5 kms. 2 line distance from upcoming Eco Park Metro, 10 mins drive from City Centre-2, 20 mins drive fromBidhannagar railway Station and 20-30 mins fron Dumdum International Airport.

Only 2nd and 4th floors are available for sale in 2BHK where one can modify or reconstruct as a 3/4 BHK. Developer has provided a huge space into it. The current price of 2BHK in various ranges like 789/850/986 sq.ft @ Rs. 2500/sq.yd excluding charges.

The mid-to-long-term residential investment potential is good in terms of appreciation of capital values and resale purposes. Within a period of 3-5 years, social and civic infrastructure would also develop sufficiently to boost prices. So if you are investing @2500/sq.ft will give you a good return in coming years.

When is the possession date of the Diamond Villa? Are they providing bank loan? If yes, through which Bank? What is the current status of the project "Diamond Villa"?

Well Priya,
The possession will take aroung 6 more months because the marble work is going on. Only LIC Housing Loans are referred by the developers but you can get loan from other banks but you have to do yourself.
