Hey guys , Miyapur is a very prime and decent locality with good environment. School, bank, ATM and hospital are available nearby the locality. Transport facility is also good in this locality.

@Supratim: The project is located in Miyapur. Miyapur is a very prime residential locality and well connected with the other parts of the city. It is well connected by train, buses and public transports. School, bank, ATM and hospital are available nearby the locality. The expected completion date will be dec 2014.

Hey Nagesh, the price for 3bhk is like the total Cost of Flat 1200sft Rs.29,98,000 + 3lakhs, 1305 sq ft Rs.33,26,000 + 3lakhs, 1360 sq ft Rs.33,98,0000 + 3lakhs, 1460sq ft Rs.37,21,000 + Rs.3lakhs for Car Park and Amenities.

What about the approvals ? Which all banks have approvals for home loans in this project ?

@Supratim: The project is approved by HMDA. Banks such as HDFC Bank , LIC Housing Finance Ltd , State Bank of India , DHFL , ICICI Bank , All Leading Bank have approvals for home loans.
