Pragati Nagar is the best residential place to live: Pollution free, lake near by, decent rules by the govt. for this location. Highly secured by police, excellent location with less budget.

Hey Suraj, the current price per sq ft will be around Rs 2950. The project is located near Kukatpally, Pragathi Nagar. Pragati Nagar is a very prime location in Hyderabad. It is very close to NH-9, Hightech city, hospitals, schools and colleges. Well maintained roads, trees, waste water management and good for residential zone.
