Will this property would give me good return after 5 yrs

Q: Dear Sir, I have finalized a reday to move 1-BHK builder floor (25 Lak) in Niti Khand - 1, Indirapuram for rent purpose.

I am taking home loan of 20 lak for 20 yrs. my plan is to sell this flat after 5 yrs. as i will give this floor on rent (rent trend is 8-9 k). EMI would be approx 20 k.
As i calculate in 5 yrs i have to pay 12 lak rs.

My question is: will this property would give me good return after 5 yrs. Please give your advice.
