Came to know that the rentals in and around NIBM and Undri is fetching about Rs. 8000 -10000 for 2 BHKs and Rs. 10500-13500 for 3 BHK's. Since you are planning to let out your 3.5 BHK you can expect a rent of approx Rs. 25000-30000 per month. You need to pay a deposit sum of Rs. 300000 which is refundable at the time of vacating the premises.
