As far as its connectivity is concerned the Bishop's Co-Education School - 1.2 kms., In close proximity to buzzing shopping centers, malls, restaurants and clubs, 20 minutes from Pune Railway Station, 10 minutes from Pune Camp and M.G Road etc.

Well Vinay,
Cost of 2BHK is Rs. 72 lacs, 3BHK, Rs. 1.04 Cr. to 1.05 Cr. an 3.5BHK in 1.43 Cr.

A week back when i was making an inquiry for this project, i found that the date of possession will be December'2016.

No, they haven't got approval yet and still waiting for the approvals as all the paper work has been submitted. Even they didn't get approval from the banks.

NIBM is located closer to the city centre. NIBM Road is located just 7-9 kms from Pune Railway Station, around 6 kms from MG Road and Swargate and around 14 kms from Pune Airport. The area also offers excellent transportation facilities by way of frequently plying buses and auto rickshaws. Besides this, NIBM Road is located close to areas like Hadapsar, Kondhwa, Undri and even Camp.
