when will the OC and CC avaiable?

Q: From Last 8 months - sales team of metro residency are asking this questions which they are not providing the answers- All the money has been paid for the house - but the construstion is so slow which is delaying the project - it is already 5th year in progress

Hi Praveen,
If you are going for housing loan for this project, then some leading banks like HDFC, LIC Housing Finance, SBI, DHFL, ICICI Home Finance, IDBI bank are providing finance for this project. The project has all the required approvals from BMC.

Metro Residency is located only 1.5 kms from Eastern Express Highway and at a walking distance from Kalyan Station. Yes there are some reputed schools and hospitals located within a radius of approx 5 kms from the apartments.

Another point to be noted is that upcoming Metro Junction Mall coming up which means that the residents can have easy access to shopping, restaurants, multiplexes and entertainment hubs within a walking distance.

West Pioneer Metro Residency has 3 blocks consisting of 23 floors in Kalyan east. There are 2 BHK flats available in this project. The flats have an area measuring 1050 sqft and costs approx 68.90 lakh. The builder is quoting Rs. 6500 as sqft rate.

Hi Nitin.
Get in touch with the builder constantly and urge him to speed up the construction work at the earliest since the it is already past the given deadline. Ask him why he is delaying the project to such an extent
