I'm living in Tulip Apartment for past 1year. The construction quality is pathetic, and the maintenance is even worse. It is like a hell, once u start staying here you will get to know that the maintenance here is like that of sarkari colony. And I have seen the situation is same in all of their projects. So please think twice before regretting your decision.

What is the approachablilty of the area?? connectivity to delhi?? infrastaructural developemnts?

well raj .. the project is on the NH1 in kundli which is a developed area on the delhi border. there has been talks of extending the metro till Kundli ..if that happens it will be very good. other wise also buses are aplenty and NH1 connects you directly to delhi.

Also raj the work on Eastern peripheral road is also underway and hopefully in 2 years that will be functional. Then Gurgaon and the international airport will be just a matter of 30 mins drive.

hey...This project is not on the highway..it is around 6kms inside and near Ansals and jindals project... so teh locality will be near teh highway from away from teh business and alongside good projects from reputed builders.

schools like , DPS, Ryan international, gurukul and gateway are functional and you have the government run city hospital nearby.. there is also an upcommingprivate hopsitala nd a bone specialist hospital as well...
The Rajiv Gandhi Educational City is not far that has SRM university campus as well as IIT-delhi camous planned...

they have the needed certificated from the department of town and country planning of Haryana... and many banks too have already approved like HDFC, axis adn LIC.. you can also approach other nbanks with the property papers for loans...

sure dear... the 2 bhks are available at around 42-43 lakhs and the 3 bhks will cost around 50-55 Lakh.

well Richa is right about the prices.. it is to be noted that these units were available for 28-30lakh rupees at the launching t ime.. and during teh construction time only the prices have double.. surely the prices will increase more over a period of time.

hello, This project is actually partially completed. The 2 BHks are completed and ready to move in while thetwo towers of 3 &4 bhks are under constructions.

yeah and looking at the floor plan you will understand that the project is quite nicely planned also.. the houses are big and spacious as the 2bhks have a size of 1200 sqft and 3 bhks are 16650 sqft.
