Q: What is the possession status of the kundli USHAY towers and is it worth to buy a property in this project. and what is the current price for 2 BHK.
Hello Kapil, I was looking to invest in this project and had visited the site earlier this month , they have a fully functional site office and the construction work is almost complete infact the finishing work is ongoing . the builders are hopeful of handing over possession by December this year.
Hi, The ongoing rate is around Rs 4000 Per Sq Ft and they have various configurations of 2BHK, 3 bhks and 4 bhks as well.. i was looking for a 2 bhk and that one had size of 1280sqft and the all inclusive rate was coming around Rs 58-60 Lakhs.
Well Kanchan, the location is very goof of the project and has good projects by TDI, ansals as the neighbors also the project is on road and very close to the Delhi border as well.. Also i was speaking to some brokers in there and they told that the project was price at Rs 2500 around 2 years back and now it is around Rs 4000 during construction ... im sure at possession the price will again be revised and in another 2 years time it will be around Rs 6000 per sqft...
Kanchan, there is club, swimming pool, commercial area, jogging track and lawn tennis area as well as car parking, power back up, piped gas, water supply etc..it is a very promising project...
